I had a great stay for one night in a Triple Room. The reception staff were super helpful, and my room was clean with a surprisingly comfy bed. The minimalist layout, especially the separate shower cabin, was refreshing. Plus, it’s right near tram 11 and the U-bahn 🌟

we had a fantastic stay at ibis budget. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, making it easy to explore. the breakfast was generous and delicious, definitely a highlight for us. staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.

Great location with easy access to public transport.

I was appalled by the poor mattress quality. it was impossible to get a good night's sleep because I felt like I was sinking into it. The walls were incredibly thin, and I could hear every little noise from neighboring rooms, making it hard to relax. To top it off, the air conditioning was non-existent, which made the stay unbearable, especially during the warm nights.

Room size felt too tight for three, shower layout lacked privacy, inconsistent air conditioning made it uncomfortable, slow lift services were frustrating!!! More hooks for towels would be helpful!!! Noise from outside traffic disrupted sleep!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to guide us to local attractions. Dining options nearby were plentiful, with cozy cafes perfect for breakfast. Just a heads up—if you prefer privacy, note that the shower design is open, so keep that in mind!

The location is very convenient, being close to public transportation, tram lines to the city, and even grocery shops nearby. Our triple room was exceptionally clean, allowing for a pleasant stay.

The hotel entrance could be clearer. we struggled to find it upon arrival.

the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the area allowed for a pleasant walk to the nearby park at Hafenkran Ruhrorter Werft, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and relaxation during my weekend strolls.

On the bright side, I loved the small snack bar by the reception and the efficient staff who promptly took care of our room issue. However, the shower had an annoying temperature fluctuation that made it less enjoyable. Would consider staying again.
